A problem I have solved
- One of our clients had recently moved into a new home and wanted blackout roller blinds for the bedroom. After installation, she contacted us because some light was still coming through the sides due to the window structure, and she realised it wasn’t giving her the full blackout effect she expected.
- Because customer satisfaction is very important to us, we worked with her to replace the original solution with fully blackout retractable blinds that better suited the window design.
